CROSSLINK CHRISTIAN NETWORK AFFILIATION

Heartland Christian Church is affiliated with and is a member of the Crosslink Christian Network.

Crosslink Christian Network is an international network of Christian leaders, churches and ministries sharing a commitment to see the kingdom of God come and the will of God being done throughout the world He loves. Through strong accountable relationships, Crosslink seek to enhance the calling and vision given by God to all of its member churches. Crosslink’s members include approximately 130 churches in Australia and approximately 30 churches overseas.

APOSTOLIC CONNECTION & MENTORING

Developing and sustaining relationships with apostolic leaders is of primary importance to Heartland Christian Church and to Crosslink. We have a great working relationship with two experienced and respected Apostolic leaders. They have a role with Heartland as mentors, friends and troubleshooters should we require advice and help with issues and problems that may arise from time to time.

Our Apostolic mentors are:

HEARTLAND CHRISTIAN CHURCH OPERATION

Heartland Christian Church is a company defined as a charity whose purpose is to establish and operate Christian churches dedicated to the advancement of God’s Kingdom, as defined in the Bible and as specified by:

providing regular services, meetings and other opportunities for public worship;
undertaking Christian ceremonies such as baptisms, dedications, funerals and Christian weddings as defined in Genesis 2:24;
proclaiming the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and actively evangelising, according to the Statement of Faith, throughout Australia and the world by, but not limited to, the agency of local churches;
encouraging people to become established in local churches so that their gifts and talents can be developed and used to spread the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ;
instructing and disseminating the teachings of the Word of God (the Bible) and bringing people to a place where they operate proficiently in worship, prayer and the biblical principles of love, faith, healing, prosperity, unity, redemption and righteousness so they can share these principles with others;
establishing educational, teaching and training facilities throughout the world providing theological and practical training in Christian ministry, missions and evangelism for persons who desire to enter Christian ministry and for persons who desire to further develop in these areas of ministry;
writing, publishing and disseminating the Word of God and Christian Bible based teaching and preaching through books, multimedia and teaching materials;
networking with other Christian Churches, denominations, ministries and communities to conduct evangelistic crusades, teaching/training seminars and other ministry endeavours;
undertaking other activities that are consistent with promoting the Christian faith;
initiating various fundraising activities to fund the above work and the work of the churches.
